Euclid Facility
- 100,000-square-foot facility: Focused on material processing, including hot and cold rolling of tungsten and molybdenum-based materials.
- Precision CNC Machining: Providing highly accurate finishes for medical, aerospace, and defense applications.
- Key Products: Tungsten heavy alloys, molybdenum TZM, and other high-temperature materials tailored for critical applications.
Lewiston Facility
- 220,000-square-foot facility: Home to over 70 machining centers and dedicated wire manufacturing capabilities.
- Wire Manufacturing Expertise: Produces tungsten and molybdenum wire with diameters as fine as 0.0007 inches.
- Specialty Operations: Includes advanced tungsten fragmentation processes for spheres, cubes, and other complex shapes.
Coldwater Facility
- 200,000-square-foot facility: Housing advanced production lines and extrusion equipment to handle complex projects.
- Capabilities: Equipped with a 5,000-ton extrusion press capable of shaping refractory metals into near-net-shape designs, allowing us to cater to industries ranging from aerospace to oil and gas.
- Materials Used: Molybdenum, tungsten, Mo30W, and more.

Excellence in Tungsten Heavy Alloy Manufacturing
At Elmet Technologies, our 105,000-square-foot Euclid, Ohio, facility is a center of excellence for producing tungsten heavy alloys and other high-temperature materials. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, it features five advanced rolling mills, including the largest hot mill in the U.S. for molybdenum and tungsten, ensuring the production of precise, high-quality flat products. With precision CNC machining capabilities, the Euclid facility delivers exceptional finishes for even the most critical applications.
